I’ve begun building something like Favorites, based more on democratizing and verifying reviews of products for higher intent purchases. Currently bootstrapping, building with Claude Code, and looking for a technical co-founder with React Native experience.
Would love to understand why did you highlight a new media outlet in "Double take"? Aren't there enough already? Would love to understand the alpha here if possible
The pattern I’d use to rank these is: where is there already urgent behavior, money, and distribution? By that lens, the strongest ones are probably InstantExpert, AI Talent Tracker, FDE community, and Rollup Infrastructure. They all attach to markets where people already pay because the pain is tied to hiring, diligence, investing, or operating leverage.
The consumer ideas are fun, but they probably live or die on distribution. OnlyFeedback, Momma Knows Best, Favorites, etc. could work, but the product is almost secondary.
