Thanks, Ben. Great post as ever. I'd like to push back slightly, though, in that I actually think being a generalist is going to be the biggest skill set you could possibly have over the next two to three years. Ultimately, with the capacity that AI has to do a lot of technical skills, as an individual to some extent, you are now the moat. If you have that unique skill set that other people don't have, then I think it makes you incredibly employable. Of course, I am probably biassed, speaking as an atmospheric physicist, poet/games designer 😂

Being born in the "right" place is going to continue to be a massive advantage because of climate change. (Where the "right" place is may shift a bit. I wouldn't want to live in Miami in 2070, for example. Though the same thing that makes a place the "right place" in the way you mean above -- wealth -- will provide advantages for dealing with climate impacts, too.)
